XFN CABLE- Your Local service, often known as "us" or "we," is the name of the website's owner. The user or viewer of our terms is referred to as "you or the Customer."
You and XFN cable corp. have a legal agreement that is formed by the following. You acknowledge having read, comprehended, and agreed to our policies and regulations by using the website. Please refrain from using this site if you do not agree to these terms.

This content consists of the images as well as the design, layout, look, and appearance. XFN CABLE Services does charge your credit/debit card for onsite support when you approve the quotation by email or phone, but in any case, if we are unable to repair the issue even after several attempts, we will execute a refund straight away. For onsite service, if the technician visit doesn't occur or the problems aren't fixed, we'll try to reschedule the appointment or refund your payment. The customer has the option to reschedule onsite service at least eight hours before the appointment; however, the service cannot be cancelled if the customer accepts the technician's call on the same day. A 50% refund will be offered if service is cancelled after the technician has called and the consumer has accepted it. There will be no refunds.
You acknowledge and accept that when using our services, XFN CABLE shall not be held accountable or liable for any loss or harm, including loss of data. XFN Cable reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse onsite services for any reason.
On-site services: By accepting our email quotation for onsite services, you consent to our technician's visit and agree to give the technician the proper access to carry out the required repairs. We'll try to do a phone diagnostic to identify the problem and determine the best course of action.
You acknowledge and XFN Cable will never be held accountable or liable for any damages of any kind.
All payments must be made in full before or as soon as the service is finished using legal payment methods. We only accept the payment methods that are listed on our website. Customers must be eligible or authorized to use the card to make online purchases. If a second person's card needs to be used to make a purchase, we will need the cardholder's verbal or written consent. Any uncertain circumstance may result in XFN Cable declining to accept service requests. In some pressing circumstances, we might decide to verify your identification before taking payments.
The amount of time it will take to fix a problem cannot be guaranteed because it may differ. By accepting the quote, the customer consents to provide XFN CABLE the necessary time to solve the issue. Simple conjectures made by the consumer that are outside the purview of support disqualify him or her from receiving a refund. After exhausting all of our available options, we will offer a refund; in such cases, XFN CABLE will not be providing any additional compensation. Any service refusal made by the customer during the course of the service will not be eligible for a refund of the technician fee.
XFN Cable In several locations around the country, onsite service is available. Depending on the location, this service may be provided by one of our experts or a licenced local technician. When scheduling appointments, clients are given an approximate time. This is merely an estimate, and it may change depending on a number of variables like previous employment, traffic, car troubles, crises, and other potential occurrences. If an appointment is late or missed, XFN CABLE won't be held responsible for any losses and will ask to reschedule if necessary. You acknowledge and accept that when using our services, XFN CABLE shall not be held accountable or liable for any loss or harm, including loss of data.
Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policy:
On-site appointments may be changed or cancelled without fee up to 6 hours before the booked time.
If you schedule an on-site service visit and decide to cancel the order after the tech has confirmed his arrival time, we will charge a $49.99 fee. You will be charged the entire price if a technician shows up at your location at the appointed time and you are not there.
Any outstanding balances on your account will be forwarded to our collection agency and charged a 30% collection fee. This is true for credit cards that have been denied, credit card disputes, or any other circumstance leading to an unpaid debt. - If XFN CABLE believes the service is being abused or misused, or if you need an unusually high volume of support calls compared to usual, we retain the right to terminate this agreement at any time. If cancelled for this reason, there won't be any reimbursements given.
By accepting our quotation, clients give XFN Cable permission to share with the onsite support providers their name, phone number, email address, and information about their equipment.
